Encryption is a compile-time option. In such situations, there are
often two fink packages (one with, one without). For zip with
encryption enableed, you want the "zip-ssl" package, not "zip".

You might want to contact the maintainer of the {zip,zip-ssl} packages
and ask him to put a note in the zip package about this.
