Use the Following apple script to create a an Apple Script App that can be place in the dock.

--_____Start script
tell application "Finder"
        launch application "X11"
end tell

set results to do shell script "cd ~; source ~/.bashrc; /sw/bin/koshelll > /dev/null 2>&1 &"
--_____End Script

Save the above script as an (script)application
Assumed that ~/bashrc contains a "source /sw/bin/init.sh" in it.

This might be a little off topic. But I got DCgui running yesterday thanks to all the good help!
Now I'm wondering if there is any way to make an apple script or simular to start X11 applications by clicking an icon...
