[Fink-beginners] updating Distribution version

Title: updating Distribution version

I've installed fink and I want to use it to install the latest version of subversion

According to the packages database, distribution 0.7.0 has svn 1.0.0 and current-10.3 has 1.0.6

What I really want is to get 1.0.6.  I can't figure out how to update fink so it will download the packages listed for current-10.3.  Can anyone explain to me how that is done?
