There is a FAQ entry on this: Q5.21: Why do I get a bunch of "dyld: perl undefined symbols" errors when I run Fink commands?
This is marked as obsolete, but you appear to have triggered it anyway.
Hard to say what is the reason, without knowing what you did to your system's perl or from what version you updated.
