The fact that it won't build is a big problem. It means that the >100-odd items that are due for update-all won't update because gnomemeeting is "next".
How do you disable a package?
fink remove gnomemeeting
If you want to keep using the old version, it is more tricky. In this case, you would have to find where the gnomemeeting-*.deb file is sitting, if you are lucky as a symlink at /sw/fink/debs/gmomemeeting-*.deb, and then after "fink remove..." and "fink update-all", reinstall it with "sudo dpkg -i gnomemeeting-*.deb".
