Actually....no. I only updated koffice to see if the new qt3 was ok. I guess 
I'll do that update when I return. I don't do 'update-all' because I time 
out on my connection and w/ 56k modem I would be downloading for days. That 
makes me wonder, can I use dpkg (or is it apt-get-I have the info at home) 
and access your binaries again if you have kde3.3 in your bindist?
