You can use the -P flag to have lpr use any printer you want. The only
probleme here is why the default for lpr isn't the same as the
default-of-the-moment in the Aqua print-dialog. On OS X, all printing
is routed through CUPS, so you can use its low-level controls to maybe
see what's wrong. See what 'lpstat -t' says for default destination.
