This looks like one of those cases where a file got moved around between packages. Probably the cleanest option would be to do "sudo apt-get remove kdepim3-common" and then you should be OK to do bundle-kde-ssl again--the file won't be in the way anymore. Otherwise you can force-overwrite it:
