All,
This one I don't get. I'm trying to run apache that I downloaded using Fink Commander. The fink says that I've got Apache Version:
flagged status name installed version binary category summary
NO current apache2 2.0.48-15 2.0.48-15 2.0.48-15 web Powerful HTTP Web Server
NO current apache2-common 2.0.48-15 2.0.48-15 2.0.48-15 web Apache2 Common Files (conf, icon, etc)
I read that as telling me that I've got verstion 2.0.48-15 installed.
but typing:
httpd -v
in X11 returns:
Server version: Apache/1.3.33 (Darwin) Server built: Nov 29 2004 17:59:31
OK so what do I have running? Did I miss something along the way? It does make a difference to me whether I've actually got apache 1.3.33 or 2.0.48.
