Thanks for the help.

Gimp is installed and running. The only odd thing is that I have to type /sw/bin/gimp-2.0 every time to start it (as opposed to the gimp-2.0 that I used to use). If this is normal then I'm in business.

fink list parser

will show all the packages with "parser" in their name.

And the correct one depends on your OS: you want xml-parser-pm581 for 10.3.x. Just do "fink install xml-parser-pm581".

Also, i ran ls -l /sw/bin/gimp and got No such file or Directory.


Try

ls -l /sw/bin/gimp*
