Ah--this one is due to the offending file having been moved from one package to another in different KDE versions. You can install kdelibs3-dev by force:

and then you should be able to continue.
I did it, and then "update-all" and it started apparently reinstalling everything from scratch (and for hours).
Until I got this (this is only the end of the list):

chmod a+x net-snmp-config

So I tried installing net-snmp with FinkCommander, being pretty sure that it will end up the same way but it did not and it seems that the installation of this ran ok.
I then tried "update-all" which ended up like this:

So I tried to force overwrite kdeedu but it failed.
Maybe the solution would be to erase the sw folder and reinstall everything from scratch, including fink.
I'll wait a little before going into this. So, thanks in advance if anyone have an idea.
