It probably doesn't matter which one you use, in general. Apple's X11
has somewhat better integration with Aqua (the OS X desktop):
appearance, and copying text between X11 and Aqua via the usual hotkeys
(though it's not perfect). On the other hand, Fink's XFree86 is from a
newer version, so some bugs may have been fixed.
