This is perl, v5.8.1-RC3 built for darwin-thread-multi-2level (with 1 registered patch, see perl -V for more detail)
You perl is OK, but you have some old stuff from an older Fink version: Your FinkCommander is version 0.5.1, it is 0.5.3 in the current Fink installer (0.7.1). And those undefined symbols come from something that was compiled against an older version of perl. Do you perhaps still an old storable-pm installed? What does
dpkg -l storable\*
give?
