Dear list members,
I have two beginners' questions:
1. I have installed fink on a G4 Powermac, plus X11and the Developer Tools. Scribus installed with the Fink Commander works.
I then installed tetex, no complaints. However, when trying to install "Context", "Failed: no version info available for context" was the answer. What does this mean?
2. I have another G4 at home, with a slow modem connection. Is there a way to find out what is needed for the installation of a given programme using the modem, but without downloading the files? I would then follow the advice on how to bring files home I found in the archives.
