Thanks for the help. I looked on the site and found that I had a C in front of o couple of package updates. I erased them like it said to and the update went off just fine. I know it was a newbie question, but sometimes you need to be pointed in the right direction.

You didn't provide any information that we can use to understand what's going on--there are multiple different failure modes that result in that as the last message--so I'll refer you to the catch-all CVS update failure FAQ:
