Hello,
I'm a bit confused with the trash issue still. If I use the 'mkdir -p
~/local/share/Trash' I create a trash directory at that location. But when I
try to delete or trash an item I get a 'can't create /sw/share/Trash' error.
so why do i not 'mkdir -p /sw/share/Trash'? It seems that that is where kde
wants tolook for the directory.
Many thanks,
Brian

Give it a try (sudo mkdir /sw/share/Trash) --I did both that and making the local file and trashing seems functional here.
