After upgrading to Tiger, I installed the new xtools with X11 & X11 SDK. I then ran 'update all' in Fink. I now get: No rule to make target `/sw/lib/perl5-core/5.8.1/darwin-thread-multi-2level/CORE/objXSUB.h', needed by `Parser.o'
Which package caused this?
I even ran a rebuild on the perl5.8.1 core. This error occured with 'zlib.o' (instead of parser.o) until I re-ran the X11 upgrade from the 10.4 CD. I also had a problem rebuilding/reinstalling the package compress-zlib-pm581. Any help would be appreciated.
Since you now have perl-5.8.6 from the Tiger system, I'd be surprised if the old *perl-581 and *-pm581 packages still worked. Actually, do you have the perl581 and perl581-core packages installed? On Panther, these were virtual packages, on Tiger, if you need them, they are real packages that have to be compiled.
