In fact, I had this problem, but after installing the tiger compatible version, I've got another problem :

- After installing, I've got only 28 packages in the fink list. If I try to do a selfupdate, I've got the following message :

curl -f -L -P - -O http://fink.sourceforge.net/CURRENT-FINK-10.4- transitional
% Total % Received % Xferd Average Speed Time Time Time Current
Dload Upload Total Spent Left Speed
0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 --:--:-- 0:00:03 --:--:-- 0
curl: (22) The requested URL returned error: 404
### execution of curl failed, exit code 22

I can't update via rsync or cvs because I'm behind a proxy.

Is there any other mirror to put in the configuration?

Thanks,

FX

Did you use the Fink-0.7.1 installer on Tiger, too? Then the solution is to run

rm -rf /sw

and follow the (now revised) instructions at the start of the news section of

http://fink.sourceforge.net/
