Installing did not help.
I started the compilation at 7:30 am (german time)
and at 10:00 I saw again these messages.
Looking at Aktivity Monitor, it seems that the running program
is doxytag.
I think it is reading some text files, I get output like this:

Perhaps it is not an infinite loop, only slow, because poor
FinkCommander
has to handle so much output?
