You may have installed something before, e.g. Virex 7.2, that illictly
created a /sw directory.  From a Terminal window run

sudo rm -rf /sw

You can use the Fink Commander tool that comes with the FInk binary
installer.   Since blackbox is in the "unstable" source tree, you'll
need to have XCode installed, including the X11 SDK package.

Turn on the unstable tree in the FInk Commnander Preferences, and then
use Source->Selfupdate-rsync to update your fink distribution.  Then
select "blackbox" from the list of packages and use Source->Install

You'd best get over that then. ;-) Fink installs very few applications
that _dont_ just use the command line (or some graphical tool in X11
that interfaces with the command line)
