[Fink-beginners] how to

hi, i downloaded some plugins for xmms. i installed xmms with fink, how 
do i install the plugins i downloaded? do i go ahead and start the 
install, and will it find my xmms in /sw/bin/xmms. i'm new to this, so 
how do i direct it to find my player.
