There is a package request tracker, which is accessible via a link on
the Fink homepage. (admittely, I'm not sure how often people check
that out).

I created an account for what will probably be my only submission,
but now when I press "login and submit new" I get the following message:
ERROR - No group_id was chosen.
I don't see any group that I should choose. The only group listed is
"any". Looks like a malfunction of some sort.
