It looks like you've got some combination of Apple's X11 and Xfree86
(or at least they're both registered as installed).  That won't do.

I recommend doing a relatively clean install of one or the other--just
to make sure that you aren't mixing and matching files from two
different versions.

If you want Apple's X11:

1) run "sudo dpkg --remove --force-depends xfree86-shlibs"
2) Make sure you have your Tiger X11User.pkg file handy (e.g. your
install media)
3) run "rm -rf /Library/Receipts/X11User.pkg"
4) Reinstall X11User.pkg from your install media.
5) Verify that you have system-xfree86, system-xfree86-dev,
system-xfree86-shlibs, x11, x11-dev and x11-shlibs.

If you want XFree86:

1) run "sudo rm -rf /usr/X11R6"
2) run "fink reinstall xfree86-shlibs"
3) run "fink install xfree86"
