SF appears to hav echanged their anon-cvs configuration. SF CVS had a major hardware failure ~10 days ago, from which they are still recovering. At this time, the login-based cvs that package maintainers use is back, but anon-cvs is still frozen in time from before the crash. The master rsync server has a login on the cvs server, so it is up-to-date (with the usual potential few-hour lag) with new packages that have been added since non-anon-cvs came back up.
