There is a small anomaly: The 10.3 tree has gcc4-4.1.0-3 and the 10.4-transitional tree has 4.1.0-1. You have the old 4.1.0-3 installed and fink and apt-get think that this is more recent than what they find in the package descriptions. They use this as an excuse for ding nothing.
