This could have been a temporary server problem. I just tried, and this 
server was responding OK. The timestamp was very recent, too, so it 
seems to be working.

What happened then? Did you try the other mirrors?

If you got the same problem with all the other mirrors, then chances are 
that the problem is on your side. See the FAQ entry #3.4: "I cannot 
connect to rsync server, what should I do?" at
