Hi guys. I hope this is the right place to ask about this.
I'm having a problem compiling coreutils 6.9.3 as a part of my 'fink update-all' I am running fink unstable on a MacBook Pro, Mac OS X 10.4.9 with 2GB RAM. The following is the last few lines from the compile. FAIL: sort-compress PASS: sort-merge PASS: sort-rand PASS: split-a PASS: split-fail PASS: split-l PASS: stat-fmt PASS: stat-printf ./tac-continue: FULL_PARTITION_TMPDIR not defined; skipping this test SKIP: tac-continue PASS: test-diag tty-eof: this script requires Perl's Expect package >=1.11 SKIP: tty-eof ====================================== 1 of 40 tests failed (6 tests were not run) Please report to [EMAIL PROTECTED] ====================================== make[3]: *** [check-TESTS] Error 1 make[2]: *** [check-am] Error 2 make[1]: *** [check-recursive] Error 1 make: *** [check-recursive] Error 1 ### execution of make failed, exit code 2 Removing runtime build-lock... Removing build-lock package... /sw/bin/dpkg-lockwait -r fink-buildlock-coreutils-6.9-3 (Reading database ... 17546 files and directories currently installed.) Removing fink-buildlock-coreutils-6.9-3 ... Failed: phase compiling: coreutils-6.9-3 failed I thought I'd ask you guys first, has anyone else had this problem? Is there anything you can think of that I could try? Also, should I report the bug to gnu.org?
