Hello,
I'm new to the world mac os, but i'm an advanced user in linux world.
i'm trying to install Fink, but i got an error (pasted at end of mail).
I'm running mac os X Tiger 1.4.9 with kernel Darwin 8.9.1.
I've installed X11 from mac's dvd, an made the upgrade with the mac software
upgrade utility.
i'm upto date with all update.
I've also installed xcode-tools from the dvd.
X11's version is 1.1.3 XFree86 4.4.0
So, i download fink-0.8.1-full.tar.gz , and run the ./bootstrap.sh as standart
user
(as root user , the same error happen) (bootstrap use sudo to gain root access).
after all question, it start to compile thing.
then, it ask me if i want to install a list of package ( like apt-get install
would do)
then, it makes me this error :
