Assuming you're on 10.4 or earlier, we didn't distribute an
SSL-enabled mutt in the binary distribution due to legal issues with
the OpenSSL license.
You will have to build it from source ("fink install mutt-ssl").

If you're on 10.5 there are _no_ binaries yet.
