I'm a little surprised that the x11* virtual packages are present, though. I have no idea how MacPorts' x11 packages are set up, so I'm not sure how you should proceed cleanly, other removing its X11 and anything that depends on it, and then restoring Apple's X11 by undoing your mv command below.
