I have committed a fix for this, by appending the "-dylib_file" to 
"-Wl,". Without this, an overly aggressive libtool script is removing 
the whole -dylib_file workaround before feeding it to the compiler and 
linker.

This does not mean that libxine1 is now building. If just gets to the 
next bug of Leopard's /usr/bin/ld. But if more people see that bug, 
maybe someone will find a workaround.
