Sorry, I did not see any of this until just now.

First, you have to make sure you are initializing fink with

source /sw/bin/init.sh  (if you use bash or zsh)

or

source /sw/bin/init.csh   (if you use tcsh)

This will put $CCP4/bin into your path.

Using "sudo ccp4i" won't work on 10.5, so if you need to do this  
(there really is no need), first start a root shell with

sudo -s

and then issue "ccp4i"
