Dear whomever reads this message, I have a problem with installing the latest version of gnuplot on my MAC OSX (10.4.11).
The error message that I receive is: Failed: phase installing: gnuplot-4.2.2-1 failed Some of the text that Fink gives me before this error message pops up, is: epstopdf eg7.eps sh: line 1: gs: command not found make: *** [eg7.pdf] Broken pipe ### execution of /var/tmp/tmp.1.hOD9U8 failed, exit code 2 Removing runtime build-lock... Removing build-lock package... /sw/bin/dpkg-lockwait -r fink-buildlock-gnuplot-4.2.2-1 (Lendo a base de dados ... 6173 ficheiros e directórios actualmente instalados.) Removendo fink-buildlock-gnuplot-4.2.2-1 ... Failed: phase installing: gnuplot-4.2.2-1 failed Note: On the third line from the bottom, it is written in Portuguese something like "Reading the database ... 6173 files and folders currently installed" IS THERE ANY HELP HERE???
