You can get a working mirror by editing the file /sw/etc/fink.conf and replacing the URL on the line beginning with "Mirror-rsync:" by rsync://sjc.ca.us.finkmirrors.net/finkinfo/ or run "fink configure" and give that URL as answer to the question about the rsync mirror.
