Please don't quote hundreds of lines that you don't actually refer to.
Could you also please read at least the beginning of what you are 
quoting? It says:

You seem to have a very old version of the rsync mirrors list; neither 
dkx.tn.us.finkmirrors.net nor sfo.ca.us.finkmirrors.net are currently on 
that list. You can get a working mirror by editing the file 
/sw/etc/fink.conf and replacing the URL on the line beginning with 
"Mirror-rsync:" by rsync://sjc.ca.us.finkmirrors.net/finkinfo/
or run "fink configure" and give that URL as answer to the question 
about the rsync mirror.

What version of Fink and of OS X are you using?
