Two possibilities:

1. Use the "fink rebuild" command, or
2. Hunt down the *.deb files and remove them, then "fink install".
The *.deb files can sit either in /sw/fink/dists/ or in 
/sw/var/cache/apt/archives/:

   find /sw/fink/dists/ /sw/var/cache -name digikam\*deb
