Copying your /sw to his machine effectively does the install, so you can just 
do that, and if he runs "/sw/bin/pathsetup.sh" that will set up the 
environment for his account.

He'll want to reinstall (with "fink reinstall") passwd and daemonic if they're 
installed, because those two packages install files outside of the Fink tree.  
Also, it wouldn't hurt to reinstall anything that creates a Finder 
application (in /sw/Applications) to make sure that the Applications/Fink 
directory gets created.

Also, his X11 libraries should be no older than yours, or he'll need to 
rebuild anything that links to them.
