It's going to be essentially impossible from what you've given, as you skipped the necessary information, such as which packages were involved in the "inconsistent dependencies". This would have appeared after the last compile phase, and before the "Failed: Fink::SysState: Could not resolve inconsistent dependencies" message However, sometimes such situations are able to resolve themselves. Keep trying to run "fink update-all". If the dependency situation doesn't resolve itself, you'll have the message which says which packages are complaining about dependencies. At that point it should be possible to see what to do.
