That's entirely possible.  I'm not sure that our cvs-proxy package  
works under Leopard, nor do I have good information for how to use the  
proxy in the built-in cvs from Leopard (since it hasn't been an issue  
for me).  Unfortunately we haven't yet developed a selfupdate method  
over http (time+resources) to get around this problem.

Also, unfortunately, the unofficial binary distributions (less  
bothered by firewalls) that know of don't happen to have nco in binary  
format.

For now, I can suggest downloading the package descriptions from the  
web via

http://fink.cvs.sourceforge.net/fink/dists/10.4/

Download the .info and .patch files and move them into the appropriate  
places in your Fink tree.

We'll try to come up with a better option.
