Thanks for that tip.  It turns out that I had to do a clean reinstall of 
10.4 to get the missing files (and there were a lot of them).  I guess 
an upgrade from 10.2 to 10.3 to 10.4 somehow messed up and didn't get 
everything.

Now compiles - everything is good.  Thanks.
