Hi all, looking for this problem, I have found an entry on macports, with exactly the same problem (https://trac.macports.org/ticket/16423). To me, there was no obvious solution, plus I am using fink. I have been running any available update / clean command and retried compiling afterwards. It fails to compile at exactly the same spot, with the same message:
