Ok sorry, I understand this is not fink related but X11/macosx related.
Middle mouse button does not work.
However, here is my solution (not perfect, I would have prefered the middle
mouse button to work):
Inside Konsole, launch xclipboard&
When you do a apple-c to copy, the content copy is copied to the xclipboard
application, and the paste (the 'paste' item menu by right clicking) is now
available inside X11.
