I have downloaded the mysql object package (i.e. the executable, not
the source) from FinkProject. I am using Fink 0.8.1 with Mac OSX
10.4.11. The mysql --version command tells me I have mysql Ver 14.7
Distrib 4.1.10, for apple-darwin8.5.1 (i686).
All the mysql files have been installed in the /sw/bin directory. My
path is /sw/bin:/sw/sbin:/sw/bin:/sw:/sw/sbin:/usr/bin:/bin:/usr/
sbin:/sbin:/usr/X11R6:.:/usr/X11R6/bin
I have not been able to configure MySql. I have not been able to
find any instructions on FInkProject for configuring MySql.
