However, this does point out a continuing issue:  if one selects "Use
closest mirror first", in practice it's the same result as "Never use
master mirrors", i.e. one doesn't have the option to use a Master mirror
at all.

This can be reset via "fink configure", but it's still not quite working
as it should.
