Updating Gtk+2 fails, even after several selfupdates to grab more recent packages. I get the following error(s);
i686-apple-darwin9-gcc-4.0.1: /usr/X11/lib/libXdamage.1.0.0.dylib: No such file or directory make[4]: *** [libgdk-x11-2.0.la] Error 1 make[3]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 make[2]: *** [all] Error 2 make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 make: *** [all] Error 2 ### execution of /var/tmp/tmp.2.VgEkzY failed, exit code 2 Removing runtime build-lock... Removing build-lock package... /sw/bin/dpkg-lockwait -r fink-buildlock-gtk+2-2.16.2-2 (Reading database ... 44178 files and directories currently installed.) Removing fink-buildlock-gtk+2-2.16.2-2 ... Failed: phase compiling: gtk+2-2.16.2-2 failed Is it failing on account of an X11 issue? I have the standard Apple X11 that shipped with Leopard installed.
