Hi Ingo,

You'll need to manually remove the .info file associated with you're  
local gnuplot/cvs package.

        sudo rm /sw/fink/10.4/local/main/finkinfo/sci/gnuplot-dev.info
        sudo rm /sw/fink/10.4/local/main/finkinfo/sci/gnuplot-dev.patch

You could do that from the Finder as well.
