What do you get from "fink list -t ktorrent"? Does ktorrent-kde4-mac
show up as available for you--that's what you're looking for, since you
can't force X11 apps to open in Aqua.

It should be available for you if you've got the unstable/crypto tree
turned on. I'm guessing you might not have that activated.
