Check if local/injected is in the Trees listed in /sw/etc/fink.conf .
If it is, then you can get rid of that, and then apt-get won't look for
binaries in that location.

I'd think that running "fink scanpackages" should clear that error up
too, by creating the stub package index that apt-get uses.

Use whichever method you prefer, though you typically won't need
local/injected for anything unless you're going to use a prerelease fink
package manager rather than a released version.

By the way, unless you're using an unofficial binary distribution,
'apt-get' isn't of much utility on 10.6, as there is no official binary
distribution.
