What do you get from "fink -V | head -n 2" ?
Quiet mode is essentially useless for debugging problems. Use "fink
- -vvv -l build tgif" to capture your log at higher verbosity.
Then post the output starting from the point where you see
/usr/bin/cc -o tgif <and a bunch of other stuff>
until the end
