Hi,
I was trying to install bioperl on my my new Mac pro OS X 10.6, which has
perl 5.10.0. I didn¹t realize fink already has a version for perl5100
before I installed perl5.8.8 using ³fink install bioperl-pm588², so I
installed bioperl-pm5100 again. I am wondering if these two versions will
conflict? Shall I remove the perl5.8.8 and the related bioperl version? And
how can I do it?
