Not from the command-line. Fink doesn't do that.
Does /sw/lib/pkgconfig/libpostproc.pc look like the following?:
prefix=/sw
exec_prefix=${prefix}
libdir=${exec_prefix}/lib
includedir=${prefix}/include
Name: libpostproc
Description: FFmpeg post processing library
Version: 51.1.0
Requires:
Conflicts:
Libs: -L${libdir} -lpostproc
Cflags: -I${includedir}/postproc
If it does, then a workaround might be to add -I%p/include/postproc to
the SetCFLAGS line in
/sw32/fink/dists/unstable/main/finkinfo/libs/libxine1-10.6.info .
